I graduated from the ee cummings school of grammar and spelling. I don't believe mispelling a proper name implys anything other than mispelling a proper name.
As far as sounding text book. I havent picked up a text book in 4+ years.
Most of what I say is derived from observation.
Im an avid news paper reader...I read everything from the conservative Washington Post, to the liberal LA Times or NY Times almost daily including every LA weekly paper like the New Times and the Weekly and sometimes ther Village Voice.
So...pardon me madame for sounding text book. i can assure its not a text book drawn opinion.
