I recently had a dream all about mice and a shiny green snake (see 8/2).

But, I usually dream of being chased and/or someone trying to kill me. Nice, huh?

No, that is often one of the meanings.

And in this case, it was a pet...though mildly untamed. I was quietly trying to control it, but it was wrapped around my hands and arms. Then it bit me, but I don't remember that much pain. I felt it, and though it did hurt a bit, I was rather casual about it. Someone was there trying to help me, but I don't know who it was. Odd in that it wasn't a constrictor, but had large fangs and acting as if it was a boa.

It was two nights ago...but fairly vibrant reds, blues, and yellows. The snake was various shades of green, mostly olive, light green, and a little light brown I think.

I wouldn't have guessed the deception part, but I think you're right. Why would you think that though? I understand the paranoia and the sexual repression, etc. stuff but do mice represent deception? I've been meaning (forever) to get a book on dream interpretation. I find dreams fascinating and am curious to know more.

By the way, I know you're super-busy, but did you happen to see yesterday's post? I just wanted to point out the possible-coming-to-L.A. part (don't tell anyone in case it doesn't happen). I'm so excited and hopeful though!

I once had a dream in which I was watching a movie with some friends and I noticed we were sitting near a certain celebrity whom I lust after and my friends were being loud and obnoxious and he leaned toward me and told me and my friends to please shut up and he was all angry and I was very turned on.
