Just finished watching "Requiem For A Dream". Now everything looks sad, meaningless. I'll go to sleep now. But I haven't updated in awhile.

Went to Velvet on Sunday night, to see a friend of mine perform. He was one of the go-go boys and girls. Had a good time, spent too much on alcohol. :)

Too much shit to do. Getting anxious due to too much shit to do. Need to not have to work. Yessss, that's the answer! Why didn't I see that before!?

Losing weight finally. Hey, whaddya know, exercise DOES really work!

My Mom, Sis, niece and nephew are coming out at the end of July beginning of August. :) Right after Con. *sigh* I wonder how me boss will feel aboot this time off? Eh.

And the award for most boring journal entry goes to...

I seem to always miss the concerts I want to go to. So far, in the past 2-3 months, I've missed: Eleni Mandell, Ours, Goldfrapp, Travis at the Troubador(but saw them at Virgin in-store), Kristin Hersh (invited but was too poor), Momus, and now Air and Coldplay. (Air is too expensive and Coldplay goes on sale Saturday and I shouldn't spend the money). Foo.

I just cleaned out our Office Fish's bowl because his owner is neglectful. It was gross. Poor Milo.

I think I'll go to the Helter Skelter one-night only thingy. When I was 17 and came out to L.A. for the first time, that was the club we went to. Ryan said he grew up as a wee gawthy boy hearing about it and wanted to go. Being the wee gawthy girl I was, I was all up for it. The bouncer didn't believe I was 21 and I had to stand out front and do 50 jumping jacks in a REALLY short, black leather skirt before they would let me in. Heheh, suckers. Ahhh, memories.

Wheeee, not only is my Mom coming at the end of July, but my Sister, Niece, and Nephew are too. :)
