My friend Josh (who has the amazing ability to find a poem to fit any subject) was kind enough to post this photo I sent via camera phone. I suppose it's hard to read when taken out of context. As someone pointed out, it could be any old abandoned house. But when you take into consideration that a wave of water did this, just after washing houses from their foundations, that this is still how it looks after 18 months, it puts it a little more into perspective. Since all my other photos are 35mm, you'll have to wait for the rest.
Also, please keep track of HR 1227. Sadly, I've been strictly a petition/email girl so far, so this was the first time I've actually called my state rep. It was easy and painless. That site is easy and painless too. You can sign up to monitor a bill and be notified when anything happens.
My apartment smells like jasmine, rain, and coffee. Now, if I were writing this post-coital, that would be perfection. I really don't care very much for school right now. Not much at all.
