Odd mix, I know...I was just going through and listening to the songs I felt like hearing right now...not all-inclusive.

A long long time ago, you posted lyrics to a Momus song called " A Complete History of Sexual Jealousy Parts 17-24" and I ended up downloading it to see what it was. Really really liked it, and ended up downloading a lot more Momus. Good stuff.

The cure?

What kinda name is Freedy? Were his parents illiterate or is it short for "freeloader"?

Really? I rarely shower before 1am. I like to let my hair dry naturally and I don't have time in the morning to dry it anyway. YES, THAT WAS VERY INTERESTING, so shut. up.

I saw Freedy Johnston open up for They Might Be Giants on the Apollo 18 tour in Houston. 1992 or so. The crowd was so absolutely rude to him. His set was just him with an electric guitar. The whole set, the crowd was not listening to the music, just heckling him.

One guy would shout out... "Hey! Who's that playing the guitar?"
someone else would say... "I don't know"
someone else... "Is it Jim?"
someone else... "I don't know"

It was really really sad, but yet pretty damn funny.

All of this in reference to the TMBG song "The Guitar (The Lion Sleeps Tonight)".

I find that my hair looks better if I stay inside for a few hours, as opposed to running off to work during the week. Ah, well.
