june gloom?

What's up? Why are so many of my friends having serious cases of "the blahs" or are just plain down? Including me?

Are we taking stock? Looking around and going, What. The. Fuck. Did this happen last year? Is it a mid-point thing? I'd say it was a quarter of a century thing, but some of you aren't the same age.
There seems to be a general metamorphosis going on.

Why am I still up?

i don't know about anyone else, but i get depressed every summer - seasonal thing. add to that my crappy birthday record and a three year relationship breakup and you've got why i've got "the blahs.' :\
