Haha, right! I had to deal with some awful jackass' car alarm going off EVERY TWENTY MINUTES or so last night. I called the police three times but they said they couldn't do anything about it. I say they are lazy assholes. You know its bad when you begin to fantasize about throwing your t.v. off the balcony and onto the car...
