I've always thought the wrists were great places for tattoos. Anywhere on the arms, I guess. Cover up some scars ;) The back of the neck, too.
The only problem with that would be that I would want to look at my tattoo constantly if I had one, and it would be that much harder if it were on the back of my neck. I picture myself spinning in circles, then falling down.
