well, technically, we are cannibals everytime we eat, breathe, drink....anything really. Everything that is within us now has been within someone or something else before. Everytime we breathe we are breathing in the same molecules of oxygen that lifeforms have been inhaling and plants have been exhaling for millions of years. Plants you eat are fed by the waste and decomposition of our ancestors and their ancestors.
