A couple days ago, a guy called to get his money back because he was really drunk when he signed up and said that he realized he shouldn't have. Then, just a few minutes ago, I had a guy who was in a REAL hurry to sign up. When I went to sign him up over the phone, he kept pestering me for a time frame? "How long is this going to take? 2-5 minutes, 5-10? What?" I think he was trying to look at porn before the wife came home. The best ones are the email cancellations where they get funny. Like in the "cancel reason" area they write "ALIENS! ALIEEAAANS!!!!"
I'm very peeved that Sara took her antenna back. Usually, I get to watch the Simpsons, Futurama, and Malcolm in the Middle here at work, but I missed them ALL! :(
