the image map is easy, really. you just need a program to do that. make your image, draw little shapes around the part of the image you want as a link, type in where you want it to go and it'll snap up the code for you.
the stamp though .. hmm... ACTUALLY! lemme try and dig something up. there was a website i use to go to that had lots of tips and tricks for making 3D images and whatnot in photoshop (if you have that). i think there was one that might help you out! :) it had instructions on how to make lighting/shading very much like what you speak of. finding it though .. haha. oh my. but i will try!
