mother may I...
yessssss....Stull.
On the way from Topeka to Lawrence, supposedly the 6th/7th/8th gateway to hell...not sure which. I knew an idiot who claimed to have died 37 times at Stull. pff. When I went home a few months ago, the church ruins were torn down due to too much vandalism.

I'm sort of disappointed that the haunted house in Oskaloosa isn't noted here . . . I barely remember the story, but I went up there and it was
SCARY
AS
FUCK
I need to get in touch with Lee Ann and see if she remembers anything about it.

I don't think I'll be able to afford the hotel and rental car now, and the only person I could stay with lives too far away (just outside Kansas City) from where I need to be (Topeka) for that to be practical.
So I don't know. This whole thing makes me very sad. I can handle the plane tickets - it's the rest that is fucking me up.
Oh well.
There's always next year, I guess.
