"Leonids", or "My, That's A Big Meteor You Have"

I have not ever, really, seen a shooting star. If I have, it has been really tiny. 2 hours ago, I went outside with some hot mulled cider and rum, a Nat Sherman cig and just stood and watched. I saw the biggest, most brilliant shooting star I will probably ever see, big enough to make me yelp "Oh my god!" and make my neighbors laugh. It was lovely. I love the night sky. I wish I still had my telescope.
