Crappy Cable connection + WinXP + IE = enough aggravation to kill at least 3 people and much banging of the head upon desk.

Say what you want about your own favorite browser, but I don't have these problems (on XP anyway) with Netscape...just IE. Fucking bitch takes 3/4 times as long to load ANYTHING. And it always does this shit when I have to go to bed and just need to finish ONE MORE THING. Not to mention I get twice as many fucking pop-ups...for some god-forsaken reason.

Win2k can suck the big one as well! I want my 98 back! ;)

No, it's not that bad. It just blows because for some reason, I can SEND mail through Yahoo when I'm on Netscape, so I open IE and then it takes FORFUCKINGEVER. I'll look into this Mozilla thing.

Oh, certainly.

Ah. Qu'est-ce que tu fais ce weekend? Voudrais-tu un chauffer? Je conduis bien! Mais je ne connais pas les rues de L.A. Je ne travaille pas en Samdi. Ecriver a moi si tu voudrais faire quelque chose. :)
I am such a frikkin' geek. XD

What I hate about IE is that the temp files are so damn huge. I try to use Netscape as much as possible. Uf.

Ugh, I have XP too. It is what Gateway installed on my PC in the first place, but since I am taking all these computer courses that have XP as their OS, I kind of have to leave it on my box. It makes doing zee work at home effective and correct.

IE can suck a sweet roll, I say. :P

I've got XP at work, and it's...okay. No lock-ups, no crashes, but it seems sluggish at inexplicable times. I won't be replacing Win2k on my home machine any time soon, that's for sure.

I recommend Mozilla -- so much smaller than the Netscape, pages appear in superquick fashion, and there's a popup killer.

And it's standards compliant. </geek> ;)

I have been meaning to look more into Mozilla for MONTHS now. I think I shall now be forced to stop procrastinating out of sheer anger.

Yeah, that's what XP does to me as well. Damn you Bill Gates. [in Charlton Heston voice] Damn you to hellll.
