hmm

Yes, yes, I'm using AOL. Whatever. It's free for me until June. HOWEVER, every time I sign on, the main page takes time to load. Often, the graphic and the text are not in sync (damn you boy band, for ruining those words).

Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, doesn't it?

AOL's got some balls to promote such eccentric interior decorating, eh?

You should see one of the current, revolving, main page features.
A pic of Reagan (from assassination time) with the caption "Honey, I forgot to duck."
Classy bitches over there at AOhell.

Oh fuck! You're killing me, that's hilarious.

I've always wanted to juxtaposition a headline announcing that he's got Alzheimer's with a sound bite of him saying that "he forgets" what happened with that Iran-Contra scandal from the hearings on it. I guess it's tasteless to think about spitting on a man's grave, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't.

I should have taken a screen shot of that one too. Because I think someone complained and they changed the text. Heheheh.

Man, if AOL can do it, you can. And in a more horribly offensive and humorous way. :D

Helpful Tips for Tidying Up a Bothersome Regime Standing In Your Way!

Make a clean sweep!
Sweep out old Iraq and redecorate with American flags and puppet governments!
Yes you used to be friends with this Old Iraq when it served your purposes, but it's time for a change don't you think? Spice it up! Put some black gold back in your mix!
Saddam is SO eighties....
Add nice blood splatters on market walls for that rakish, ready-to-rumble effect!
Fatigues are always stylish!
Oil well fires are definitely a spring fashion DON'T-
Put out those fires and let it well freely for that natural effect!
And forget about the French - they are so passe when it comes to haute military and postwar development couture, make useless tired fun of them and boycott their cheese instead!
It'll be a new you, a new Iraq, a new world order!
Shock and awe them baby!

I'm not much into fashion, but if Target carries it, I might. I might just have to wait, though. Mossimo is usually about one season off.

Heh. I just thought how utterly horrible and slightly humorous (if you're an asshole like me) it would be to have Target "sponsor" this war...or try and do some goodwill by donating a bunch of clothes. A bunch of Iraqis running around with the Target logo on their back.

That's probably going to piss some people off.

I'm disappointed. I riled no one. :(

Aww. Well, there are dozens more opportunities. You'll nail 'em.

It's the "Spot the Media Fuckup" Wartime family fun game! Anyone can play!

We've already had CNN put Iraq next to Poland on one of their maps, and the BBC forget to proof read captions in the rush to bring you the "truth".

Christ, I knew there was a reason I still didn't trust CNN. At least the BBC's mistake was understandable.

No, thank you.
For JUST BEING YOU.
That sounds sarcastic, but it is not.

Now, go post on my board. :)
