Attention all Hobo-Pirates who were waiting for me to acquire accomodation.

We are now booked for 4 lovely nights at the Hampton Inn. It's only $125 a night(which is good considering what's left). Thank you AAA.

I, however, may not be coming. Unless the flight prices start going down. As of right now, it's over $400. We'll see. Fuck it, I may drive. At least we have a place now.

Awesome, Blu! You da man. Er...

I mentioned this to Blu once, but since I sort of have Loco's attention: Fly in and out of LAX or San Diego? I always flew into LAX early and hung out with Loco, and consequently left from LAX too. I can do either right now (San Diego round trip - $226, LAX - $183). I'm just concerned about what would be good and convenient for others. In no way whatsoever do I want to put any pressure of having to deal with picking people up on Loco (you have enough to worry about, dear). Since the hotel is only a mile or so away from the airport, I could easily fly in on the day we all gather to check in at the hotel...

I'd say, fly into either LA or San Diego, whichever's cheapest. I think they're both approximately the same price. I'm going to try to get Kat to come down, so maybe you and da Blu should come out a week before or a week after and stay through, so we can all hang out? I think that would be grand. Perhaps I e-mail. I'm so sorry I don't have stuff together, though :/

I was shooting for coming out on the 13th and leaving on the 20th. But again, it all depends on rates going down. >:(

I'd say go with LAX, and it's cheaper too. If I can find a comparable rate, I'll be in town so Jen doesn't have to worry. :) It's up to you and how you want to spend your time. If you want to hang out in L.A. before, fly in there. If you don't really care to do that, but just go to Con, fly into San Diego on the 16th. :D

I tend to stick to Expedia but use Travelocity sometimes. My concern with flying into LAX is about who with/where to stay. I'd love to hang out for a while.

Ah yes. :/ I'm staying with my old roomie, I think. Maybe if we can get enough people to go to L.A., we could get a cheap hotel room. ??? Let's see what Jen finds out from Kat this weekend. If she comes down, that would be a good plan.
