I received my first unemployment check today. This bitch is on the dole, heeeeya.
I'm tired of being unproductive, and being lazy and unproductive allows me to obsess and pine and waste time and wallow and think too much and fall into a rather depressed state, allowing for even more unproductivity. So I'm putting myself on a schedule. I'm getting a check, so I'm giving myself a job. Discipline.
In bed by midnight or 1 am at the latest. Up by 9 am or earlier, depending on when my Mom leaves for work. Start coffee, work out, and sit down to write or do research, hopefully, until my Dad gets home (leaving room to adjust for errands and getting out of the house). But hopefully, at least 2-3 good, solid hours a day. Bike ride (or walk with Dana) around 7 or 8 pm.
Let's see if I can stick to it.
Now, back to downloading.

if you have money to fall back on, unemployment's great. if not, it's fucking misery.
