I got a letter from the California unemployment people, questioning my validity for getting unemployment from Waldenbooks (aka Brentano's). Even if they deny me that, it should still be okay...as long as I get it from DHD. I'm a little worried though, as Monday I was going to tell NCS Pearson that I don't want to take the job. I was going to live off unemployment for a few more months (as it pays more). What if I get turned down for unemployement soon though? And I turned down the job? I will be fucked. That would be very me. I think I might wait to tell Pearson that I don't want the job, which is kinda shitty, but whatever. They gave me a mountain of forms to fill out. They want 7 years history of employment and residences, names and dates of foreign countries I've visited (none), and do I know any foreign nationals. They also plan on doing massive background checks. It's all very "governmental" and intriguing. Maybe I won't pass and it will make my decision very simple. I fucking hate decisions like this.
