I am, how do you say, test-eeng.

I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this userpic. It looks better on my home page, but not this small. Hmmmm....

Nevermind...I replaced it. I need the simpson one back I think. That, and I should be working.

HA! Changed it AGAIN!

I'm so indecisive.

Finally I am happy...I have been not doing work until I felt okay about my stupid icon. Fucking Libra.

It's the squats and crunches that seem to be paying off. :)

I do about 50 crunches total, 20 front, 10 left side, 10 right side, and 10 alternating sides. Then I do 25 push-ups and about 20 squats. I sometimes use the one weight I have for arm-curls as well. It's not much, but it seems to work. I step the number of how many of each I do up intermittently too. I also do it before I go to bed, which I'm sure is all wrong, but again, with my schedule and sleeping/eating pattern, it seems to work best. Heheh, sometimes I'll lay on the floor here at work and do a few extra crunches or go to the bathroom and do a few squats if it's the middle of the day. I've been eating a little better as well, so that's helping.

Why for Panique? Joo is skeeeeneee. :)
