Finally I am happy...I have been not doing work until I felt okay about my stupid icon. Fucking Libra.

Date: 2002-02-04 10:50 pm (UTC)I do about 50 crunches total, 20 front, 10 left side, 10 right side, and 10 alternating sides. Then I do 25 push-ups and about 20 squats. I sometimes use the one weight I have for arm-curls as well. It's not much, but it seems to work. I step the number of how many of each I do up intermittently too. I also do it before I go to bed, which I'm sure is all wrong, but again, with my schedule and sleeping/eating pattern, it seems to work best. Heheh, sometimes I'll lay on the floor here at work and do a few extra crunches or go to the bathroom and do a few squats if it's the middle of the day. I've been eating a little better as well, so that's helping.
Why for Panique? Joo is skeeeeneee. :)
