The idea that there's a Federal Mortuary team just waiting for something like this to pop up makes me laugh.
That said, you gotta wonder what a bunch of guys in the South wanted with a bunch of dead bodies. I take it the implication is fraud and not something more sinister like dead-people-fucking. :)

Yes, the guy is facing 16 felony counts (so far) of theft by fraud. They think there might be bodies in the nearby lake too...the one that dumps into a reservoir. X_X They've been drinking dead people. Nice.
From what I've been able to gather, the bodies have been piling up since the mother and father of the accused turned the business over to him. They're apparently cooperating fully with the authorities, turned over all their records, etc.
Unbelievable that nobody noticed before now, either. Geezus.
