I have horrible shoulders, especially my right one (the arm too)...this stupid sicky thing is making it worse.
I'm not that sick though, just to the point of bad-at-night-and-really-annoying-during-the-day. I am drinking my favorite OJ, taking cold and sinus crap, and cough drops with echinacea so that it might not get worse. I think this same thing happened to me a few months ago and it ended up going away. It's all that echinacea man. (even if it isn't, as long as I THINK it is...heheh.)
I also used this as an excuse to try those Get Better Bear pops. The cough drop on a stick, shaped like a bear. XD
