Instead of participating in the St. Patty's day debauchery with friends, I opted to stay home and watch the Simpsons. Which was hilarious. Though I did eat a shamrock shaped cookie, courtesy of one elderly neighbor.

A couple days ago, a guy called to get his money back because he was really drunk when he signed up and said that he realized he shouldn't have. Then, just a few minutes ago, I had a guy who was in a REAL hurry to sign up. When I went to sign him up over the phone, he kept pestering me for a time frame? "How long is this going to take? 2-5 minutes, 5-10? What?"
I think he was trying to look at porn before the wife came home. The best ones are the email cancellations where they get funny. Like in the "cancel reason" area they write "ALIENS! ALIEEAAANS!!!!"

I'm very peeved that Sara took her antenna back. Usually, I get to watch the Simpsons, Futurama, and Malcolm in the Middle here at work, but I missed them ALL! :(

The Simpsons was very funny. It was their take on Joan of Arc, Hamlet and Homer's Odyssey. Hamlet was my favorite. "No one out-crazys Ophelia!"
Futurama is on too early, I never pay attention.
I can almost forgive FOX for Celebrity Boxing, because I'm looking forward to that Andy Richter show, and the one with the puppets.

I found this really cool rosary at a thrift store I walked by today. Yep.

It looks like it could be good. I hope it is. And you can't go wrong with Andy Richter.

Man, I have no cable in my room, do you actually expect me to let you all watch t.v. with MY antenna while I sit around watching a blank screen? Hmmmmm.... Besides, I deserve to get it back given the first one I brought was broken/ruined, the second one already has one broken antennae and my radio kept getting used. I think I've done my part already. Go buy your own. (I'm still mostly kidding, but at the same time I'm kinda bothered by the fact that everyone -not just you - is upset at me for taking something that is mine and I was nice enough to share with everyone for the last three years.)

P.S. I like potato chips on my sandwiches as well. They make it all crunchy and salty. Mmm...mmm...good.

It's okay that you took your antenna!!! (I think a lot of the newer people just didn't know that it was yours because it was here for so long.) She said she's probably going to set up a time to just be around friends. She looked tired and sad, but she seems to be doing okay. G(sp?) was with her. :}

JUST KIDDING!!!! I'm glad she's going to do something with her friends, she needs them right now given how she isn't real close with her family. I'm really glad G. is there for her - may actually make me like him (yikes, the horrors!) Does she have your phone number? It makes me sad to hear how she actually is doing (such as how she looks) because she is pretty good at hiding it over the phone. I think, if she doesn't come here, I will try to come there in a little while. Either in a month or over Memorial Day weekend (that's so far away though!) It depends on when I get a job and what I can afford and if I can get out of work to come.

So, if you weren't mad at me before...turns out I have cable in my room. *ducks under covers* SORRY!!!! I was told I wouldn't have cable. My mom and I just discovered it yesterday. I may still need the antenna though as I may not be able to afford cable once I move out of here. I'm glad Helen is bringing one in or you all are going to buy one. They cost less than $10 so even if everyone just chipped in a dollar, you should be fine. The thing is, too, these new people (Brendan on) need to realize that the t.v. is a "privilege" and not something we are owed. Were you around when we used to have to borrow it from Jason and return it before anyone got to work? Now we just flaunt the fact that we watch t.v. at work, not that anyone cares, but people should still be grateful we have it.

Anyway...thanks for making me feel better and not getting mad at me for kinda being upset (it's just that some people really didn't seem like they were joking).
