3 1/2 hours sleep last night+no more than 5 each night before that=cranky me.

Perhaps I will go take a Xenedrine now.

I think that R.E.M. cycle thing was pretty accurate, at least for me. I seem to work in 3's. If I get 3, 6, 9, or heheh, even 12, hours of sleep, then I'm okay. 5 and 7 hours can suck a fuck.
