no joke. i saw that on the news earlier. he takes the kid, hoists it just enough to get over the rail, and holds it around the upper chest/neck region for about a good second or two before yanking it back over. now, if that was his child, there's better ways to taunt the press by showing a glimpse of your offspring than nearly dropping him or her. but good lord ... it should be interesting to see how he explains this one.

no shit. i have always been curious about his lifestyle and beliefs - he's obviously had plastic surgery. any fool can tell. i'm not sure what look he's going for, but it's not attractive. he looks like a victim of medical malpractice. this alone, makes me wonder if he is all there or not in the head compartment. and okay .. people get married and divorced all the time in showbiz. maybe i don't know him or the situation, but both marriages seemed a little fishy. put all that and more together and i really fear for any child he raises. he could be a perfectly good father .. really. i highly highly highly doubt it though. especially after today. and what's this about "any attention is good attention?" yeah .. try explaining that one to the child protection agency!!

It never went to court. He just paid the kids lots of money to shut up after the kid identified mj's genitals in a photographic "line-up," as it were.

heh. austin isn't that big, so .. i can see how it's easy to live in different areas. i'm generally hanging out around ben white, however i live up in the round rock area. eeeegh. hate hate hate round rock. i don't really think austin is that bad. it's just not what i grew up around at all. i'm used to busy city life and lots of concrete. for some insane reason i like that. heh! ^_^

Some of those bitch-ass SUVs get 12 MPG! 12! That's disgusting. And I hate, HATE, driving behind them. I like to see what's in front of me, thank you. Now that I've probably pissed some people off. I also hate white cars. People who drive white cars (nice cars mind you, the cars that you KNOW they chose that color. Some people are exempt becasue they didn't really have much of a choice) are generally slightly retarded. White SUVs, they scare the poo outta me.

The only thing I can think of is that he was drunk, or drugged, or in an argument with somebody in the apartment and he was trying to prove a point. There is no excuse good enough.
