Not that I think ANYone will want this, but I put a lil' sumpin', sumpin' up on eBay.

I have NO CLUE what something like that is worth, so don't laugh at me for the price. :/

I need money.
And I hate that.

I must say that is the most terrifying movie I have ever seen. Well, next to The Ring. But still. Have you seen Legolas? Ah, it makes me cry inside.

So... why the hell do you have that thing, anyway?
From: [identity profile] blustocking.livejournal.com
I haven't seen that version since grade school. Perhaps I've blocked Legolas out. >_< It is better this way, I am sure....though, now I'm going to try and find a pic.

We've had a couple of them for YEARS AND YEARS. The other one was Where The Red Fern Grows. I can't even remember why though. It was either a school closing and selling their stuff, or the annual tent sale for this educational book binding place. Werd.
From: [identity profile] spasmolytic.livejournal.com
I'm pretty sure Aragorn is an INJUN CHIEF! in that version, too. And Sam is some sort of retarded midget trying to pass himself as a hobbit. ::shudder::

I've blocked most of the movie out, truth be told.

Also: Where the Red Fern Grows? Definitely ruined my childhood. Curse that book! Poor puppies :(

So wait, this sounds perfectly horrible...are you sure it isn't good? You know, come full circle? I'm picturing a lot of friends, a lot of booze, a bare wall, and a $10 projector...hmmmmm. See, someone should buy it just for the kitsch factor. GAWDAMN.

Aww, I liked Where The Red Fern Grows. But I like tragic and sad. I LIKE TO PUNISH ME BRAINS!

Oh, I can't possibly see someone passing up the opportunity to buy the movie! It's probably a lot more amusing than it is disturbing for most people who aren't me. The kitsch factor should be enough to get it sold, methinks.

Might take a lot of booze, though.

I AM A COMMENTING MACHINE!

I should have put that in the description. "Warning! This film may require inebriation, and lots of it."

If I don't sell it, I'll start a nerdy night club called The Shire or some shit. Then I'll play it on the walls as Ren Faire rejects foof about and dance to gay-ass techno remixes of Gregorian chant or Enigma. We'll sell a special mead martini and have Gollum look-alike contests....not to mention the weekly gay night with a slashy Sam/Frodo theme. Yes, that is what I will do.

And yeah, I just noticed how "special" Sam looks in my picture of the filmstrip. I may take a better pic of that one and make an icon. oh yes.

BITCH, I'm cuttin' you off!

Yeah, yeah, I caught my typo too but I was too damn LAZY to fix it. Bwahaha!

Can I get two cherry pixy stixs and a bottle of 99 bananas over here stat? These Hobbits are hostile little peckerwoods when they get wet.

Did I ever tell you the Macy Gray/99 Bananas story? I think I posted it a long time ago.

Throw some pudding on 'em and charge people to watch 'em wrassle.
GET 'IM FRODO! GET 'IM!

99 Marcy Gray's and a banana? HUH!?

Nope. I've NEVER heard that story. Do tell. PA-LEASE!

ps. J-ELLO puddin' Hobbits and Frodo Frozen Yogurt, hmm, I think we're onto a new LOTR marketing strategy.

There's always room for J-ELLO

Hmm, well. Do you know who Macy Gray is? The singer? She always seemed drunk to me and then I had it confirmed, somewhat. Another one of those, friend of a friend things.

"How I found out about 99 Bananas"
By J. Ensley

I have a friend who does works production for movies, she has a friend who does this as well. Her friend was working on the set of a new Macy Gray video and Ms. Gray exclaimed that she couldn't work, needed her health drink and that it was called 99 Bananas. The chick scoured the health food stores of Los Angeles looking for this drink and was about ready to give up until she spotted it among the liquor in a convenience store. YEEHAW, Macy Gray's a big fuckin' lush.

The End.

Wasn't that special?
Needless to say, after hearing of a high-proof alcoholic beverage that tastes like bananas, I went out and bought some. Lushtastic.

After hearing this, we'd walk around work slurring loudly, "I NEEDS MA HEALTH DRINK!" So maybe this loses something in translation. But I told you I'd tell you, SO THERE YOU GO.

Ah haha! Man, I made a retarded Sam icon a long, long time ago--sometime last summer, I think!--but it was creeping me out waaay too much so I ended up having to keep that one to myself.

Man. Please invite me to meetings (if you don't sell it, that is). Can you have a newsletter for those of us who don't live in town?

PS- I sneezed at the same time that Outlook made that little "boo-boop" you-have-mail sound. CRAZY. I am allergic to your comments.
